Care4Skills is a project addressing the training needs of the long-term care (LTC) workforce in Europe, with a focus on digital and person-centred skills. The 4-year project is co-funded by the European Commission as part of the Large-Scale Skills Partnership in LTC, under the Pact for Skills.
Care4Skills is funded by the European Commission as part of the Large-Scale Skills Partnership in LTC, under the Pact for Skills. It focuses on two areas:
Improving career paths and the quality of care provided
Care4Skills will train and support the long-term care workforce with the skills they need to succeed in a changing care environment, and by doing so, improve career paths and the quality of care provided.
Within the first year, focusing on essential digital skills and person-centered care principles.

The “Skills Partnership for Long-Term Care” is a joint group supporting key European frameworks, including the European Care Strategy, the European Skills Agenda, and the European Pillar of Social Rights, with a focus on enhancing digital and person-centered skills.
